I. Requirements
All students are required to submit the following together with the application form:
1. Completely filled up application form
2. 2 pcs 1x1 Colored I.D. Picture
3. Photocopy of the birth certificate
4. Form 138 or Transcript of Records and Certificate of Transfer Credentials
5. A letter of recommendation from the Guidance Counselor
6. One-page essay on "Why I Want to Be an Entrepreneur."
For foreign students, kindly submit the following additional requirements:
1. Photocopy ofAlien Certificate of Registration
2. Photocopy of student visa is also required.

II. Application
Being an entrepreneurship school, The One School does not hold entrance exams but requires all applicants to go through three interviews. First, with the Executive Director; second, with the Student Affairs Director; and third, with a panel composed of three members of the Board of Directors. Applicants will be scheduled for interview upon submission of application requirements. The reason for this is because we do not believe that a written exam can clearly determine who is best suited for our unique educational environment.
