Andy Ferreria (Dean, School of Entrepreneurship)
Dr. Alejandrino J. Ferreria, or Prof. Andy as called by many is acknowledged guru on entrepreneurship. His involvement with small and medium scale enterprises, as an owner-manager, a professional manager, and as a consultant, provided him a wealth of experience in writing the book, Entrepreneur’s Helpline.
Prof. Andy has been in the academic scene for more than thirty years. He served the following educational institutions: Ateneo de Manila Graduate School of Business, University of the Philippines Graduate School of Business; Asian Institute of Management and Western Business School.
Prof. Andy completed his BS Degree from the Ateneo de Manila University and took his Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines. He started his doctoral studies at the University of the Philippines and completed his academic and research work from the National University where he obtained his Doctorate in Education Management.
Currently, he sits as a board member to more than fifteen companies and teaches at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
Agnes Ferreria (Founder)
Agnes Ferreria has been HR Consultant to leading firms in the banking, construction, travel, health care, education, charity, international aid, film production, public relations, and utilities industries for the past twenty years.
Lex Ledesma (School Director)
Lex Ledesma was awarded a Gold Medal for Outstanding Thesis in Engineering upon graduating from De La Salle University. He took a Master’s Degree in Engineering in Stanford University and is currently taking a doctorate degree at UP Diliman.
Lex served as an educational consultant for the International Labour Organization (ILO), an agency of the United Nations, tasked with integrating entrepreneurship into all public high schools in the Philippines.
Cheese Ledesma-Ong (Founder)
A brother and sister tandem, Lex and Cheese have set up a number of innovative business such as The Big Chill, La Creperie, Karaoke King and Nami Resorts. The pair has appeared several times on CNN, Star World and many other media outlets, as among Asia’s top young entrepreneurs.
Cheese Ledesma-Ong graduated magna cum laude in Accounting from Georgetown University. She took a Master’s Degree in Business Administration at Stanford University.
Francisco Colayco (Founder)
Mr. Francisco J. Colayco is the Chairman of the Colayco Foundation for Education, Inc. He is an entrepreneur, a venture developer and financial advisor. He has over forty years of experience covering service contracting abroad, manufacturing, trading, construction, shipbuilding, banking, and financial services.
Colayco authored three bestselling books: Pisobilities: Gabay sa Buhay Pinansyal, Wealth Within You Reach (2004 Book of the Year for business and Economics Awardee), Making Your Money Work, and Pera Palaguin Workbook.
Mary Anne Colayco (Founder)
Mary Anne Colayco has over twenty years of experience as a top executive of the Ayala Group involved in the companies related to fund management, agriculture, food manufacturing, and telecoms. A former Commissioner of the Energy Regulatory Commission, she is currently involved in the advocacy of spreading financial literacy to Filipinos.
Mark Anthony Dacela (Associate Dean, School of Entrepreneurship)
Mark has a PhD in Philosophy and has been teaching for over ten years now. He serves as a program consultant for the Department of Philosophy of De La Salle University, and its current undergraduate program and research coordinator.
